Don't waste your time at pickup, the pickup spots will always have cars without drivers who do not use them for their intended purpose. The solution is to change where the pickup spots are so people won't park there for the wrong reasons since they're so close to the entrance of the store.

Want to give 0, but not an option. They took $120 out of my account today, UNAUTHORIZED. All because I was there ONE TIME almost 6 months ago. The membership that was used on my transaction belonged to my mother, as she let me use her membership the day i went shopping there with her because i needed to get some stuff for my child and did not have my own. They charged her card 24hrs too early, so they took it out of MY account. With NO PERMISSION TO DO SO. my card information is nowhere on the membership plan. I used my card ONE TIME at this place almost 6 months ago, so they had to dig through transaction history for THAT LONG just to find MY card. Customer service told her "well your card didnt go through, and you guys have the same last name, so we charged that card. We thought it'd be okay", and then disconnected her. Yall did NOT call either one of us to request approval to do so. No call to the membership account holder, no call to the cardholder. No verification WHATSOEVER. I have a young child to feed, and yall STOLE a significant amount of money from me. I am not a corporate billionaire. I work PART TIME in retail, and my checks are BARELY ENOUGH to cover the basic utiliti

Great place for pets needs. Great deals on my cat food and cat litter. Good prices for stocking up on groceries. Wonderful selection of spices, I've found some I've not tried before. Helpful staff. They do tend to need more cashiers.

Every single time I go in, there are maybe two people, usually just one, at the customer service desk. The phone rings nonstop and no one ever answers it. I was told by an employee in tire department that employees aren't supposed to answer the phone while waiting on customers smh. OK. So if they aren't allowed to answer the phone for other members who need help, then why in the hell don't you have someone who does nothing but answer calls? I mean, you get more than enough money from your members so there's really no excuse. Because no one answered, I had to call the 800 # and deal with a rep that barely spoke English and that was beyond frustrating. Bought a smart TV December 23, 2024 and it died yesterday April 5. 15 months is all it lasted. 3 months past warranty and they won't return it or give us a new one. DO NOT BUY TVS AT SAMS CLUB!!! THEYRE CHEAP FOR A REASON. Great job Sams! Dropping the ball over and over again. Treat your members better, do better.
